HOW THE MONTHLY DEPOSIT SUBSCRIPTION WORKS

HOW THE SUBSCRIPTION WORKS BY ANNUAL DEPOSIT

The annual subscription is validated for a period of one year, automatically renewed. When the subscriber wishes to end their subscription, they must go to their customer area to make their request in the section provided for this purpose. Their subscription will then expire at the end of the year already paid for but will not be renewed: termination will take place on the next annual anniversary date of the subscription billing.

PRICE

The price of the GRANDPRIX TV subscription is indicated on the site and/or the application in euros and all taxes included. GRANDPRIX TV reserves the right to modify the price of each subscription plan. GRANDPRIX TV will inform each subscriber by email to the address provided by the subscriber concerned when registering for GRANDPRIX TV (or subsequently modified on their account) of any price increase at least 15 (fifteen) days before it is taken. of effect. In such a case, the subscriber who does not accept this price increase may cancel his subscription under the conditions indicated below, this termination taking effect at the next subscription due date. In the absence of termination by the subscriber, the new pricing will therefore be applicable from the next subscription expiry date following the new pricing taking effect. Any increase in VAT will be reflected automatically and immediately in the price of the GRANDPRIX TV service. The same will apply in the event of the creation of any new tax which would be based on the price of the GRANDPRIX TV service and for which GRANDPRIX TV would become liable. The termination conditions provided for in the event of a change in the price of the subscription plans referred to above will apply under the same conditions in the event of a change in the price resulting from an increase or the creation of new taxes. Please note that connection and communication costs (Internet and mobile Internet) linked to the use of the GRANDPRIX TV service are not covered by GRANDPRIX TV and remain the responsibility of the subscriber.

MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE OFFER

BILLING AND PAYMENT

EXPIRATION/CANCELLATION OF YOUR BANK CARD

On the expiration date of your credit card, or if it is canceled, your subscription is effectively terminated. To continue your subscription, simply place a new order on the site with your updated bank details.

DISPUTES

This contract is subject to French law. GRANDPRIX cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from malfunction or misuse of the products sold. The same applies to any modifications to products resulting from manufacturers. GRANDPRIX liability will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be held responsible for simple errors or omissions which may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of a dispute, the customer will contact the company as a priority to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, all disputes will be brought before the Paris court.
